Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience in food service, restaurant, fast food, or food court setting preferred.
• A passion for food and guest service, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Knowledge of retail food operations, safety standards, and inventory management.
• Willing to learn technology systems and build familiarity with scheduling tools, ordering systems, and other business applications.
• ServeSafe Certification (or ability to obtain it).

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a server, cook, line cook, or chef is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent guest service, including greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
• Supervising and developing food court associates, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
• Overseeing all aspects of food court operations, including labor management, expense control, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
• Managing schedules, providing training, and offering constructive feedback to associates.
• Ensuring the food court is clean, well-stocked, and operating at peak efficiency with fresh, high-quality offerings.
• Assisting with daily tasks as a hands-on leader, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
• Managing vendor orders, overseeing pricing and signage accuracy, and monitoring back stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Upholding company policies, conducting corrective actions when needed, and promoting a safe working environment.
• Maintaining regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and providing adequate notice for occasional absences.
