About The Position

Bogus Basin is a four-season mountain recreation area located near Boise, Idaho. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it focuses on providing accessible outdoor recreation and community programming. The Food & Beverage Van Driver ensures safe and reliable transportation for employees and materials between Bogus Basin locations, supporting daily operations by keeping staff and resources moving efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Basic vehicle service knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability to work the entire season.

Responsibilities

• Transport employees in company vehicles safely between park-and-ride lot and work locations.
• Transport items between Bogus Basin locations.
• Follow all laws and regulations for operating a motor vehicle.
• Make safety a priority and report unsafe conditions on the roads or around the mountain.
• Assist guests with questions or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude toward guests and staff.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
