The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists with Breakfast, Restaurant, and Banquet operations to ensure excellent guest service, efficient staff management, and smooth service execution. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Director of Outlets. The pay rate for this position while supervising Breakfast & Restaurant shifts is $28.00 per hour. The pay rate for this position while scheduled to work in Banquets as a Banquet Captain is $20.00 per hour plus service charges.
