This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service operations, and effective team management within the Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership
• A natural ability to motivate people (and diffuse awkward table situations)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The stamina of a marathon runner and the patience of a saint
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• A love for hospitality that goes beyond “it’s just a job”

• Certifications in food safety

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Ensure every guest leaves happier (and fuller) than when they arrived
• Keep the service running smoother than a perfectly reduced sauce
• Train, coach, and mentor staff
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and maximize “wow” moments
• Jump in wherever needed — yes, even polishing cutlery
