Requirements

• Experience behind a bar (or the confidence to fake it until you make it—with skill, of course)
• A personality that’s equal parts charm and chaos (the good kind)
• Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
• Knowledge of classic cocktails + openness to getting creative
• Someone who can keep cool when the line is three-deep and someone just ordered “something blue”
• The required skills enable the bartender to efficiently prepare and serve drinks while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
• Physical stamina and dexterity are necessary for handling bar equipment, managing multiple orders simultaneously, and maintaining a clean workspace.
