The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing optimal guest satisfaction by effectively supervising and overseeing assigned venue operations, convention service, bar operations, and front-of-the-house (FOH) operations of the Buffet, Lucky’s, Prime Cut, Lounge, Bingo Concessions and Food Arcade. This position has the authority to maximize opportunities and resolve problems with employee training, evaluate performance, enforce performance standards, delegate staff scheduling, and invoke disciplinary action. The supervisor directly oversees Buffet dining room attendants, Buffet host/cashiers, Lucky’s hosts/cashiers, Lucky’s wait staff, Prime Cuts hosts, Prime Cuts wait staff, banquet servers, bartenders, cocktail servers, bar backs, and utility persons. They also have the authority, with Food & Beverage Manager approval, to procure necessary supplies for assigned departments.
