Requirements

  • Are 21+ and hold (or can obtain) Food Handler’s Certification & Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS)
  • Have previous experience in bartending, serving, or luxury hospitality
  • Are knowledgeable about fine dining menus, wine service, and beverage pairings
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a high attention to detail
  • Lead with heart, communicate clearly, and inspire trust among peers
  • Know your way around a POS system, basic math, and high-touch service expectations
  • Maintain grace under pressure and bring thoughtful solutions to every shift

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the dining team to deliver prompt, elegant, and attentive service
  • Act as the vital link between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless execution
  • Train and coach team members on menu knowledge, guest interactions, and service excellence
  • Uphold daily standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
  • Resolve guest concerns swiftly and thoughtfully, enhancing overall satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance and communicate feedback to management
  • Set the tone for elevated dining through your own professionalism and presence
