This role involves leading, training, and scheduling restaurant team members to deliver seamless service, supporting daily operations by resolving guest concerns, ensuring opening and closing side work is completed, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and assisting other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.

Requirements

2+ years of restaurant service experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed
Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
