This role directs the daily work activities of assigned personnel within the Food and Beverage facility, ensuring sufficient staffing and establishing policies and procedures for team members, including safety and personal hygiene. The supervisor acts as a dynamic and energetic leader, fostering teamwork, morale, motivation, and open communication. They serve as a role model and coach, developing team members by setting clear expectations and providing recognition for superior performance. The position is responsible for ensuring venue products and the Food and Beverage experience delight guests, requiring visibility in all areas to ensure guest expectations are met. Key duties include managing team member performance, conducting informative huddle sessions, responding to guest feedback, supervising front-line team members, maintaining employee records, and adhering to all internal controls, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role involves managing appropriate inventories, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cooperating with the food & beverage production management team.
