Requirements
- 1+ year of food & beverage supervisory experience.
- Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Proven track record of “safety first” practices an asset
- Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash out
- Secondary language skills an asset
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, engaging, and professional Food & Beverage experiences for every guest.
- Actively participating in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with best office view you could ask for!
- Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions.
- Preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for guest service concerns, responding with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach to create positive guest outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation throughout all restaurant and guest-facing areas.
- Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager
