About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest service, team performance, and adherence to quality standards. This role supports the management team by supervising staff, coordinating service flow, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong hospitality experience and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory procedures.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise food and beverage staff during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to service issues or complaints.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Promote a positive work environment and team culture.
