This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned F&B outlet(s), specifically of front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations. Will oversee servers, bartenders, food runners, cashiers, and cooks. Will ensure a fun and attractive atmosphere is maintained so that guests and employees alike recognize “The Bistro” as the area restaurant of choice. Will ensure FOH operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered, and rung up according to brand standards.
