This position administers and coordinates the daily operation of the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort Restaurants, under the direction of the Restaurant Manager. The role involves overseeing restaurant operations, complying with health and safety regulations, and assisting with stocking, ordering, and inventory control. The supervisor will also prepare daily deposits and revenue reports, and operate the cash register during high-volume periods. This role requires knowledge of public health regulations, food safety, food preparation methods, and cash handling procedures. The incumbent works under general supervision and must be able to adapt to various situations and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
