About The Position

The primary role of the Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Club Lounge is responsible for supervising the set-up and breakdown of banquet and event spaces in a hotel, conference center, or other event venue. Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Associate degree
  • ServSafe TIPS Certification
  • Weekend and holiday availability with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Forbes Standards for guest interactions.
  • Following up with guest complaints and issues
  • Coach and train staff while acting as a role model
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area
  • Monitor food usage during shift to ensure proper food presentation throughout food service times.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning monthly staff meetings and encouraging a sense of teamwork and respect between all lounge associates.
  • Maintain stock at appropriate levels and complete all side work.
  • Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
