About The Position

The role of the Food & Beverage Server involves describing food and beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions of their origin, taste, and preparation methods. This includes communicating guest orders, including special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system, coordinating food timings, and checking completed kitchen orders against the guest’s original order. The server is responsible for transporting items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality, anticipating guest needs to ascertain satisfaction, and responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

  • Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods
