About The Position

The Food & Beverage Restaurants Manager will oversee all F&B outlets including the restaurant, lounge, and in-room dining. This role involves coordinating with other hotel departments to achieve overall hotel goals. The manager will be responsible for managing departmental budgets, controlling labor costs, monitoring revenues, and ensuring cost-effective operations. Additionally, the position requires recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising front-of-house staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations. The manager will also handle vendor relations, manage inventory, and ensure the quality and safety of food and beverage products. Maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, and service, along with ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, is crucial. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries and complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and developing promotional strategies to drive sales and increase the visibility of F&B offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred; associate degree with substantial experience acceptable
  • Typically 4–7 years in F&B management, with experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant setting
  • ServSafe Food Manager, TIPS/TABC, OSHA 10, and relevant hospitality certifications preferred
