Requirements

  • Experience as a chef in a full-service, luxury hotel or high-volume fine dining establishment.
  • Gifted cook who pushes themselves to get better each day.
  • Bona fide leader, who has helmed other culinary departments to prosperity and growth.
  • Culinary education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training and hotel culinary experience.
  • At least 5 years high-volume cooking experience, including fine dining and banquet events.
  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations.
