About The Position
The Conrad Washington DC is seeking an empowering leader with a passion for delivering purposeful service to join their exceptional leadership team as a Food & Beverage Manager. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage operations within the hotel, which includes a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining. The manager will report directly to the Director of Restaurants and oversee 35-40 Front-of-House Team Members. The position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in a luxury hotel environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Highly service-oriented

- Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
Nice To Haves
- Experience within a fine-dining or Forbes-rated hotel environment
- Knowledge of wine
