About The Position
Little Palm Island, an iconic private island resort accessible only by boat or seaplane, offers a unique fine dining experience overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Dining Room seats 100 guests and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with wine and fine cocktails served in the lounge, via in-room dining, and at private gatherings. This role merges a passion for wine with fine dining expertise to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of fine dining.

Responsibilities
- Curate and manage the restaurant’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
- Share wine expertise with guests and service staff.
- Create wine pairings with menu items.
- Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions to enhance wine knowledge and service standards.
- Partner with the Executive Chef on daily menu changes.
- Be innovative in ways to increase both knowledge and sales of wine in The Dining Room.
- Elevate the dining experience of guests through sharing wine knowledge.
