Responsibilities
- Curate and manage the restaurant’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
- Share expertise with guests and service staff.
- Create wine-pairings.
- Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions to enhance wine knowledge and service standards.
- Partner with the Executive Chef on daily menu changes.
