About The Position

This is a part-time position at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia. The role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, interacting with guests to create memorable experiences, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, restocking supplies, managing guest flow, supporting daily operations, and assisting with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
Comfortable talking with guests, listening, helping, and creating positive interactions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team while bringing great energy every day.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that may include loud noises and confined spaces.
Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a passion for helping guests create unforgettable memories.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging guest service.
Interact with guests and families to make every visit fun and welcoming.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Restock supplies, maintain displays, manage lines, and keep work areas organized.
Support fellow Hosts, assist with daily operations, and help create a positive atmosphere.
Support opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running smoothly.
