About The Position

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan is looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to join their Food & Beverage Team. The role involves creating unforgettable, joy-filled moments and delivering an awesome experience every day. The ideal candidate will have the magic to make people smile and create fun experiences, helping to create amazing memories for guests from around the world.

Requirements

6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO® adventures every day!

Responsibilities

Be enthusiastic, confident, and demonstrate the Merlin Values in every guest interaction.
Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and help make their visit fun and memorable.
Help manage guest lines and maintain a safe, positive experience during busy periods.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked public areas to create a welcoming environment.
Complete opening and closing responsibilities to help keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.
