Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
• Basic math skills as they apply to cash handling.
• California and Florida Team Members must have a Food Handlers Card.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily operation of the operation.
• Assist Guests as needed.
• Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions.
• Prepare/sell food items.
• Restock items as needed.
• Must remain up to date on all current specials and promotions of the facility.
• Assists in merchandising functions as needed.
• Cash handling functions including POS system and registers.
• Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
• Completes opening or closing checklists as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
