About The Position

This role involves entering and retrieving information from computer databases, handling guest inquiries, and managing reservations. The assistant will also be responsible for transmitting information, operating standard office equipment, and preparing various documents using software such as word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation tools. Additionally, the position requires managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining filing systems (both computer and paper-based), and compiling records of office activities and business transactions. A key aspect of the role is to enter and locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems. The assistant must adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. This includes welcoming and assisting guests according to company standards, anticipating their needs, and providing exceptional service. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals. The role requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors. Responsibilities
