Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in food distribution, warehouse operations, outreach, or volunteer coordination preferred.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively with staff, management, and volunteers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Current valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record of 2+ years and ability to qualify for PRM's company insurance policy.
- A solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
Nice To Haves
- Some college or ministry training preferred.
- Experience in church or nonprofit settings highly desirable.
- Experience with program databases preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for food distribution activities and oversee client intake operations.
- Oversee the unloading, storage, and tracking of food and Gift-in-Kind (GIK) items.
- Manage daily food packing and distribution for both onsite and mobile pantry services.
- Partner with churches and community organizations to coordinate and lead mobile pantry distributions, including site scheduling, food preparation and transport, volunteer coordination, and distribution reporting.
- Train and supervise volunteers and work therapy clients.
- Complete administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
- Operate warehouse trucks and forklifts as needed to support food distribution programs, including product pick-ups, deliveries, and mobile pantry logistics.
- Lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
