About The Position

Copper Springs East Behavioral Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Food and Nutritional Services Worker to support food preparation, distribution, and sanitation. The role contributes to patient care by preparing and distributing food and beverages, storing supplies according to policy, assisting with customer-facing service, and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.

Copper Springs East is a behavioral health hospital in Gilbert, Arizona, serving adults and seniors through inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction programs, including PHP, IOP, and ECT therapy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in assigned areas.
• Assist with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service and dining areas, and catering services.
• Store food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures.
• Assist with customer-facing duties as assigned, including tray delivery and catering special events.
• Assist with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
