This role involves monitoring and evaluating financial and productivity information to achieve operational benchmarks. It also focuses on fostering the learning and development of staff, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and implement innovative practices, and actively supporting the shared mission and vision of Norman Regional Health System. The position also develops and promotes employee satisfaction and engagement to facilitate positive outcomes, and provides safe and high-quality services.

Requirements

Must have a food handler’s card
Must have Serve Safe certification
Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or business related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification.
Degree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian preferred
2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics
Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian preferred.
Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma preferred.

Develops and promotes employee satisfaction and engagement to facilitate positive outcomes.
Provides safe and high quality services
