Also maintaining daily records of business transactions. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational oversight to create a positive guest experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as food and beverage supervisor or similar role
Excellent people skills with a customer service orientation
Outstanding leadership abilities
Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Food safety certification

Responsibilities

Training and supervising employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
Monitoring employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
Coordinating employee schedules, including shift changes and absences
Overseeing inventory of food and beverage supplies, ordering new items as needed
Maintaining sanitation standards on the premises by monitoring employee compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness
Managing employee payroll by reviewing time cards and processing paychecks
Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees as needed
Establishing budgets for food, labor costs, and other expenses related to running the business
Providing customer service by answering questions about menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences
