About The Position

Snowmass Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who is organized, service-driven, and committed to excellence. In this role, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. Your leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of service standards will play a key role in maintaining the Club’s high expectations. Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage experience required; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Commitment to service excellence and team development
  • Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and high-energy environments

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and collaborative food and beverage culture
  • Lead, train, and develop team members on service standards and procedures
  • Oversee opening and closing of all F&B outlets
  • Complete and distribute end-of-day reports
  • Support team performance and uphold Club expectations
  • Ensure all members and guests receive prompt, attentive service
  • Guide service flow from seating to departure, maintaining high standards throughout
  • Assist with taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and offering menu recommendations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, and wine pairings
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process member and guest charges accurately according to Club procedures
  • Maintain expert knowledge of steps of service, food, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Support proper timing and pacing of courses
  • Perform and oversee side work and daily operational tasks
  • Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and maintained to Club standards
  • Assist with training staff in tableside service, including wine service
  • Ensure all outlets are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Follow all sanitation standards and food safety guidelines
  • Comply with all local and state alcohol service laws
  • Understand and perform required roles during emergency situations
  • Address and communicate guest feedback or concerns to management
  • Build relationships with members and learn their preferences
  • Support Club events and overall food and beverage operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by F&B leadership
