About The Position

The Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes offers a variety of dining experiences across multiple outlets, including our renowned signature restaurant, Top of The Rock. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable culinary experiences to our guests. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and oversee our diverse food and beverage operations.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist in conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain excellent communication and coordination between all food and beverage outlets.
