Food and Beverage Supervisor
About The Position
Midtown Athletic Club is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to help operate our restaurant and cafe counter service. Requirements
- Must have availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings & weekends)
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
- 1-2 years managing a coffee/smoothie program preferred
- Passion for service, quality, and training
- Guest oriented and service minded
- Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Food & beverage experience
- Experience in ordering & inventory management
- A "win together" work ethic and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Serv Safe level 1 manager certification required.
