About The Position

Clear Creek Tahoe is a private golf community offering over 375 homes and homesites, an 18-hole golf course, and various amenities including a clubhouse, lake and ski house, guest cottages, pro-shop, and a camp with recreational facilities. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a Full Time, Year Round (Benefited) position responsible for leading daily dining operations, supervising service staff, and ensuring an exceptional member experience across all club dining venues. This role involves active floor management, staff training, scheduling, and managing opening/closing procedures to maintain luxury service standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader with strong communication skills, who will serve as a key operational partner to Food & Beverage leadership.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in a private club, luxury resort, or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong working knowledge of wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and culinary trends.
  • Proficiency with club management software, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse hospitality team.
  • Hospitality-driven with a passion for luxury service excellence.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional interpersonal presence.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service flow in Clubhouse and special events.
  • Maintain a highly visible management presence on the floor during shifts.
  • Greet members and guests by name to build strong relationships.
  • Enforce luxury service standards, grooming codes, and hospitality guidelines consistently.
  • Resolve member complaints and service issues quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and delivery times continuously.
  • Ensure all dining areas, side stations, and bars remain clean and organized.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house service staff daily.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate specials, floor plans, and events.
  • Assign specific stations, sidework, and operational duties to team members.
  • Assist with training new hires in club standards, menus, and systems.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide real-time feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and food safety regulations.
  • Support the leadership team with staff evaluations and performance documentation.
  • Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist in creating and adjusting staff schedules to manage labor costs efficiently.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving daily timecards while tracking shift attendance.
  • Complete daily shift reports detailing covers, revenue, and operational notes.
  • Assist with Point of Sale (POS) system operations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with reconciling daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventories for liquor, wine, beer, and chinaware.
  • Monitor daily beverage pours and linen usage to minimize waste.
  • Restock bar and service supplies to maintain proper par levels.
  • Report equipment maintenance needs and facility issues to leadership immediately.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all club assets and glassware.
  • Audit side stations frequently to ensure items are secure and stocked.
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of club and private events.
  • Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to confirm setup and timing accuracy.
  • Direct service staff during functions to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate buffet setups, action stations, and bar placement for events.
  • Assist with finalizing event billing and member charges accurately in the POS system.
