About The Position

Snowmass Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who is passionate about service, leadership, and delivering memorable experiences for our members and guests. In this role, you will oversee daily operations across our dining outlets, support and develop team members, and ensure service standards are consistently executed. You will lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and help create an atmosphere where both members and employees feel welcomed and valued. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, has a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and takes pride in creating outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Two years of food and beverage experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, beer, and spirits service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Food Safety Certification required
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Alcohol Beverage Certification preferred
  • Frequent standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and occasionally noisy environments
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy throughout busy service periods

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and engaging food and beverage culture
  • Lead by example while fostering teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on service standards, club expectations, and steps of service
  • Assist with daily staffing, floor supervision, and operational support
  • Open and close food and beverage outlets as assigned
  • Complete and distribute end-of-day reports and communicate important operational updates to management
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service that exceeds member and guest expectations
  • Ensure members and guests receive prompt, attentive, and personalized service
  • Guide guests through menu selections, daily specials, wine offerings, and beverage recommendations
  • Perform tableside wine service and uphold elevated dining standards
  • Monitor service flow and assist the team to ensure efficient and seamless experiences
  • Resolve member and guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Learn and recognize members by name while understanding their preferences and expectations
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of menus, beverages, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Oversee proper timing and coordination of food and beverage service
  • Support the team with serving, clearing, resetting tables, and side work as needed
  • Process member charges and credit card transactions in accordance with Club procedures
  • Ensure dining areas remain organized, clean, and presentation-ready throughout service
  • Assist with outlet readiness, special events, and operational transitions
  • Ensure compliance with all Club policies and service standards
  • Consistently follow state and local laws regarding alcohol service
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout all outlets
  • Support a safe work environment for employees and guests
  • Understand and perform assigned responsibilities during emergency situations
  • Communicate member feedback, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to management
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental events
  • Support special events and Club-wide initiatives as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall Club operations
