About The Position

We’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead the team at our brand-new family entertainment facility opening soon at Colorado Mills, Lakewood! Are you into video games, bowling, karaoke? Are you friendly, outgoing? Do you enjoy being on people and work in a fun environment? Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire! The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering excellent customer experience. They will forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. Their goal is to maximize sales and revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least 21 years or older
Open availability, especially nights and weekends
2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant / fast food / hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
Assign duties to staff on shift.
Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel.
Complete reviews, absence reports, and supervise staff on attendance.
Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food.
Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Schedule and receive F&B deliveries; and check delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
Create sales and productivity reports for upper management.
Enforce compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention.
