Featuring 372 guest rooms, restaurant, bar, 24-hour Grab & Go market, and over 40,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, our hotel is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead, integrate, and elevate our Food & Beverage division. This role serves as the strategic and cultural leader of Food & Beverage, providing direction across restaurant, bar, and Grab & Go operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for developing leadership capability within the department — particularly guiding and elevating the Outlets Manager — while driving performance, accountability, and alignment across all F&B touchpoints. Beyond operational oversight, this leader functions as a catalyst for innovation, service excellence, and Team Member development — strengthening collaboration, elevating both guest and Team Member experiences, and building the next generation of Hilton leaders.
