This role involves scheduling, evaluating, and directing all food and beverage personnel, maintaining inventory, and establishing performance standards for food preparation, purchasing, and production. The manager will also oversee sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in food and beverage areas, and establish liquor procedures for security and accountability. Collaboration with the hotel management team and General Manager is key, including participation in meetings and inventory processes. The role is responsible for driving financials through menu creation, promotions, controlling food costs, and managing staffing levels. Coaching and counseling associates, including managers, is also a significant part of the role, along with performing other duties as assigned to ensure effective hotel operation.
