About The Position

This is a Task Force Hotel Food and Beverage Manager position. The pay is $1,450 per week. All travel and hotel expenses are covered, and two meals per day are provided. This role is for a luxury property and involves extensive out-of-state travel in 4 to 6-week rotations, making it ideal for individuals between permanent positions.

Responsibilities

Manage all outlets in terms of product, waste, and service efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis for bar programs and communicate with relevant departments.
Update and maintain systems.
Check cost of sales and ensure costs are within budget.
Audit beverage reports accordingly.
Spot check all meal periods to ensure consistency and quality of beverage offering.
Develop, cost, train, and input recipes.
Train teams on implementation of standards for bar organization and cleanliness.
Update POS (Micros) as needed.
Ensure communication is key and ensure daily stand-up meetings are held with associates in the various Food and beverage department areas, passing along important information and giving them a voice in the process.
