About The Position

Responsible for ensuring all operations of the Food & Beverage Department and Team Member performances are in compliance with the Company’s objectives and Gaming Regulations. This role involves interacting effectively with the public and Team Members, performing excellent customer service, enforcing performance standards and all Company Policy and Procedures as they relate to the Food & Beverage department. The manager ensures smooth and efficient operations, maintains the highest possible standards of customer services and Team Member relations, and complies with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations as well as all federal, states and local applicable laws. Additionally, the role includes reviewing financial statements, forecasting revenue and labor figures, maintaining proper inventory control, and providing input to the Director and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage concerning operational deficiencies.

  • Skilled at POS, Excel, Word and Time and Attendance software.
  • Appropriate Licenser.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Four-year college degree in Business Administration or Food & Beverage Management preferred.
  • Minimum of five years experience working at management level in high volume/fast paced Food and Beverage departments or Casino environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enforces performance standards and all Company Policy and Procedures as they relate to the Food & Beverage department in the venue and casino floor.
  • Ensures smooth and efficient operations on a continual basis.
  • Ensures that the highest possible standards of customer services and Team Member relations are maintained and carried out in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Complies with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations as well as all federal, states and local applicable laws.
  • Reviews financial statements; forecasts revenue and labor figures for food and beverage department; maintain proper inventory control.
  • Provides input to Director of Food and Beverage and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
  • Directly supervises Food and Beverage assistant managers, supervisors; and indirectly supervises all other venue Team Members.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
