Oversee and influence the service and culture of our dining operations. As a passionate, creative and energetic leader, ensure an excellent guest experience by directing, implementing and maintaining service standards and motivating and guiding members of the team. Individual must be able to perform mental activities such as learning, thinking, following instructions, concentrating, interacting with others, handling stressful situations, self control, attention to detail and be reliable. Has advanced knowledge of wine and pairing of wine and food. Ability to step into any restaurant outlet and be effective. Understanding of basic food cost and payroll cost control. Understands Micros System. Must be able to not only train individuals, but to select the appropriate training and to maximize the value. Ability to follow instructions and direction by the supervisor.
