About The Position

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, outlets, banquets, and culinary departments, while ensuring exceptional guest service, quality, safety, and profitability. The Food and Beverage Manager leads teams, manages operational standards, controls costs, supports revenue goals, and works with hotel leadership to deliver outstanding dining experiences and efficient department performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and maintain high standards of service and operational performance in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office products
• Able to operate office equipment with speed and accuracy
• Ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications
• Flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays
• Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week
• Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening
