At Launch Family Entertainment in Clearwater, FL, we bring fun to new heights—and that includes great food and drinks. From crave-worthy eats at Krave to craft cocktails and cold brews at Bar Hops, our food & beverage experience is a core part of what makes Launch unforgettable. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to support daily service and guest satisfaction as our Food & Beverage Lead.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality leadership.
Strong multitasking, delegation, and guest service skills.
Working knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and basic bar service.
Reliable and confident in running solo shifts or directing small teams.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

ServSafe and/or alcohol service certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Act as shift lead for all food & beverage operations (Krave and Bar Hops).
Support, train, and motivate Krave Krew and Bar Hops team members during service.
Open and close Krave and Bar Hops per daily checklists and procedures.
Monitor food and drink quality, presentation, ticket times, and guest feedback.
Ensure cash handling, POS usage, and tip processes are accurate and secure.
Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and report shortages to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Maintain all areas of food & beverage to Launch cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Assist with minor troubleshooting of equipment and communicate needs to leadership.
Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Uphold ServSafe, alcohol service, and food safety guidelines.
Lead by example in following uniform, grooming, and Launch culture expectations.
