About The Position

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan is looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to join their Food & Beverage Team. The role involves delivering an awesome experience every day by bringing energy, creating memorable guest experiences, supporting safe and smooth operations, keeping areas looking great, and following daily procedures. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, enjoy interacting with people, and be passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO® adventures every day!

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, confident, and demonstrate the Merlin Values in every guest interaction.
• Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and help make their visit fun and memorable.
• Help manage guest lines and maintain a safe, positive experience during busy periods.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked public areas to create a welcoming environment.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities to help keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.
