About The Position

The primary role is to provide excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by educating them about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. The host seeks exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. The host can be assigned to various areas of the business: Admissions, Retail, Attractions, and Food and Beverage.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to understand and explain menu offerings
• Ability to answer questions about food products
• Ability to take orders and handle payment at the point of sale
• Ability to prepare food and drinks
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to achieve revenue goals and upsell sales targets
