• Flexibility to work varied shifts (day, evening, night, weekend shifts)
• Obtain SmartServe certification prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Move beverage stock, inventory and equipment (following all safety regulations)
• Receive and record food and beverage merchandise
• Pick up bar orders to give to supervisors to punch in
• Go into service depots and make orders
• Document and account for all transferred products
• Ensure timely delivery of all requisitioned products
• Deliver product for service depots (gaming outlets)
• Deliver ice to bars
• Deliver food products to Quick Service outlets
• Clean, mop of service depots if needed
• Ensure outlets have cleaning materials, paper towels, soap, etc.
