About The Position

Provide daily support to all in-house group guests, including express groups, catering groups, and meeting planners. Respond to customer inquiries and requests, providing information such as in-house meeting reader board information, convention activities, and event locations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Banquet Operations from an administrative standpoint.
  • Ensure Kronos is up to date and all Associates are compensated accurately.
  • Order supplies and materials for the Banquet Operation.
  • Prepare meeting timelines and documents for departmental and cross-departmental needs.
