We are seeking an experienced, well groomed, polished, Food & Beverage Coordinator / Executive Butler to lead hospitality, private dining, and executive food and beverage services at our New York headquarters. This individual will serve as a trusted hospitality professional supporting the Director of Guest Services. The successful candidate will combine traditional white-glove service standards with the responsiveness and professionalism required in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, maintaining executive hospitality spaces to the highest standards, and ensuring flawless execution of hosting: board meetings, executive events, and client engagements for senior executives, distinguished clients, and international guests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in private service, executive hospitality, luxury hotel operations, private club service, corporate dining, or a comparable high-touch environment.
- Proven experience serving senior executives, board members, VIP clients, or high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette, luxury hospitality standards, wine and spirits service, and international service protocols.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished presence.

Nice To Haves
- WSET Level 2 or higher, or comparable wine and beverage certification (beginner – intermediate Wine Certification.
- ServSafe Food Handler or equivalent food safety certification
- Butler or hospitality service certification from a recognized institution is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, discreet dining and beverage service for senior executives, Board meetings, executive receptions, private client lunches, and formal dinners.
- Coordinate closely with the Director of Guest Services, Facilities, catering partners, and event stakeholders to deliver customized menus and hospitality experiences.
- Curate and execute beverage service, including proper storage, inventory management, presentation, and serving protocols.
- Ensure Executive Dining Rooms, Boardrooms, conference spaces, and executive pantries are maintained in a constant state of readiness.
- Anticipate executive preferences and proactively deliver personalized service with minimal direction.
- Deliver exceptional white-glove hospitality for executives, board members, dignitaries, high-profile clients, and domestic & international guests.
- Prepare meeting and dining environments to established standards, including room setup, table presentation, amenities, and service timing.
- Serve as a key ambassador of the organization's commitment to excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Maintain absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when interacting with executives, clients, and sensitive business matters.
- Support executive events and special engagements, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure.
- Manage inventories, tableware, linens, glassware, and premium hospitality supplies.
- Preserve and maintain all service assets to established hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure specialty food and beverage items, pantry provisions, and hospitality amenities.
- Monitor service areas, equipment, and presentation standards to ensure consistently exceptional experience.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and NYC Department of Health regulations.
- Support Daily Meetings, Board meetings, executive leadership sessions, investor meetings, and special corporate events.
- Coordinate service logistics to ensure efficient execution with minimal disruption to business activities.
- Provide flexible, hands-on support for high-priority meetings and events, including after-hours functions when required.
- Partner with Facilities, Corporate Services, and Executive Office teams to deliver a seamless hospitality program.
