Performs a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing, word processing, office machine operation and filing. Serves as the first point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and visitors entering the office; manages access and directs visitors appropriately. Answers phones, directs calls, takes messages, and responds to general inquiries. Serves as a resource for staff and visitors by providing information and assistance with questions when appropriate. Prepares, types, formats, copies, proofreads, and distributes correspondence, reports, forms, invoices, contracts, and other documents. Prepares orientation packets, menu cards, meeting materials, and other operational documents. Verifies temporary staff sign-in sheets and assists with temporary staff check-in as needed. Maintains and updates attendance trackers, staffing records, files, databases, and office records. Opens, routes, and prepares incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Operates and troubleshoots office equipment, including computers, scanners, copiers, fax, and voicemail systems. Utilizes Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other administrative and tracking systems. Maintains a professional, organized, and secure front office environment. Performs other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
