About The Position

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering excellent customer experience. They will manage all F&B orders, staff, and inventory. Their goal is to maximize sales and revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. This role requires open availability, a minimum of 40 hours per week, and the applicant must be at least 21 years old to handle and serve alcohol.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Open availability (minimum 40 hours a week)
  • At least 21 years or older
  • 2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant/fast food/hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
  • Assign duties to staff on shift.
  • Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel.
  • Complete reviews, absence reports, and supervise staff on attendance.
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food.
  • Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Schedule and receive F&B deliveries; and check delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
  • Create sales and productivity reports for upper management.
  • Enforce compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention.
