About The Position
This is your opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy providing friendly and efficient service to visitors and guests of Cooinda Lodge.
Requirements
- Minimum 24 months of experience in a restaurant and bar environment, with solid food safety knowledge.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible, team-oriented approach and passion for hospitality.
- You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with excellent service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and bar areas, including barista equipment.
- Assist with setup, pack down, and service support during busy periods and events.
- Process payments and operate POS accurately.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and hygiene standards.
