About The Position

TBonz Management Company is now hiring an FOH Salary Manager TBonz Management Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced FOH Salary Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager who can inspire and motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a FOH management or supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and train FOH staff.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Oversee daily FOH operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor and control labor costs and food and beverage expenses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Train staff in proper guest service techniques.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience.
  • Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Proficient in utilizing restaurant management systems, including Restaurant365, Paycor, Toast, and scheduling software.
  • Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
